BANANA CAKE

INTRUCTIONS

I2 mugs each- purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking soda pop
tablespoon swab
mug unsalted adulation, softened
mug granulated sugar
2 large eggs
3 ripe bananas, mashed( about 1 mug)
/ 4 mug sour cream or plain yogurt
1 tablespoon vanilla excerpt


PROCEDURES

Preheat your roaster to 350 °F( 175 °C). Grease and flour a 9x5- inch loaf visage.
In a medium coliseum, whisk together the flour, incinerating soda pop, and swab. Set away.
In a large coliseum, cream together the softened adulation and granulated sugar until light and ethereal.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until well combined.
Mix in the mashed bananas, sour cream or yogurt, and vanilla excerpt until smooth.
Gradationally add the dry constituents to the wet constituents, mixing until just combined. Don't overmix.
Pour the batter into the set loaf visage and spread it unevenly.
Singe in the preheated roaster for 50 to 60 twinkles, or until a toothpick fitted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cutlet to cool in the visage for about 10 twinkles, also transfer it to a line rack to cool fully.
Once cooled, slice and serve your succulent Banana cutlet!
